Information collected
The site’s hosting provider may receive ordinary technical data such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, referrer, and timestamp in server logs. Reading, listening, and downloading do not require an account, email address, or payment.
If you use the private feedback form or email directly, the name, email address, and message you provide are retained so the message can be reviewed and answered. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which may retain submission and technical data under its privacy policy.
How information is used
- To operate and secure the website.
- To answer private feedback and support messages.
- To meet legal obligations and protect the site from abuse.
Donations
The current site does not collect donations. If optional donations are added, they will be processed by Stripe. Stripe will receive the payment and transaction details needed to process the donation under its privacy policy; this site will not store full payment-card numbers.
Marketing and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to help understand which pages, book formats, audio, and guided practices people use. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled.
Google may process the requested page, referrer, browser and device information, general location derived from an IP address, and interactions such as opening the reader, playing the audiobook, choosing a meditation, downloading a file, or successfully sending the review form. Names, email addresses, form fields, and review text are not sent to Google Analytics. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy.
Retention and disclosure
Messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for replies and records. Formspree retains submissions according to its service plan and policies. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and fulfill a request, or when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by the operator.
Children and sensitive information
The site is not directed to children under 13. Please do not include medical details, trauma history, or other sensitive personal information in feedback; none is required.
